Return Policy

These terms and conditions constitute the return Policy of Lavish click.

Thank you for your purchase. if you are not happy or sure about your purchase. We are here to make it right.

When we receive your returned items and determine that they are in returnable condition (new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original internal garment tags), refunds or exchanges will begin.

There is a removable padding in all swimwear and underwear to protect you. For hygienic reasons, swimwear with no hygienic padding is unable to be returned.

Terms and conditions for return and refund:

 1.The costumer’s have to check their purchase within seven hour after receiving the purchase. Need to report  about our fault via our contact method(viber, whatsapp, email).
2.If the returns are not caused by our fault( color difference, size difference, design difference) we will not accept your refund request.

We will send you an email once the review is complete. If your return request is approved.Your return request might be also rejected as we only accept items returned within the time limit of our return policy.

Refund Policy

If your product is eligible for a refund, the paid amount will return the same payment methods within 5-7 working days .The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. Once we have received your product (2-3 working days) and it has undergone a quality control (1-2 working days).
